ESA MISSION TO EXPLORE THE SOLAR SYSTEM AND THE UNIVERSE

The Solar System consists of the Sun and all those smaller objects that revolve around it . The largest components of the solar system are the eight major planets. The smaller and closer to the sun are: Mercury , Venus, Earth and Mars are the terrestrial planets in the solar system .
Beyond Planet Mars is the asteroid belt and is made up of millions of rocky bodies . These rocky bodies are formed by residues from when the planets formed over 4,500 million years ago .
The universe contains billions of galaxies, each with millions or billions of stars. The space between stars and galaxies is largely empty . However, even in remote places of the stars and planets are scattered dust particles or a few hydrogen atoms per cubic centimeter. The space is also filled with radiation (eg light and heat ) , magnetic fields and high-energy particles ( such as cosmic rays ) .
In as far as the asteroid belt are the four largest planets in the solar system and are called the gas giants : Jupiter, Saturn , Uranus and Neptune. The size of these four planets are larger than the planet earth, but are very light in relation to its size. They are composed of hydrogen and helium. However, Pluto is a dwarf compared to Earth's Moon and some astronomers believe it is too small to be considered a planet .
In 2005 an object named Eris, located at a great distance from the Sun and has at least the size of Pluto was discovered. In recent years it has been discovered beyond Pluto the presence of more than 1,000 ice cream, similar worlds Eris. They are called Kuiper belt objects . In 2006 , the International Astronomical Union decided that Pluto and Eris should be classified as "dwarf planets."
Further away from the solar system are comets Oort Cloud . Are so remote that they are invisible even for large telescopes. Every so any time those comets changes course and heads towards the Sun then becomes visible in the night sky .
PERSONAL OPINION
I think we should take account of the discovery of these new "small planets", its constitution and materials found in them, as they may continue to give clues to ever make a more elaborate theory of formation of the universe. All that we discover will help us, in my view, to get a little closer to the real beginning of all and whether these small planets, those icy world, had something to do at the beginning of the big bang.

Since the universe is infinite, these new findings lead us to believe that the universe is not completely empty, but full of big and little things that are beyond our knowledge.
